Brenda Song sinh ra tại Carmichael, California và có mẹ là người Mỹ gốc Thái. Brend củng với bố mẹ và hai em trai Timmy và Nathan hiện đang sống tại ngoại ô Los Angeles. Năm 2005, Brand vào vai London Tipton, con gái của một giám đốc khách sạn trong TVseries hài kịch mới của Disney "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody." Vai cô chủ nhỏ "kém" thông minh nhưng dễ thương này rất được khán giả teen yêu thích. Bắt đầu diễn xuất từ năm 6 tuổi, Brenda là một gương mặt rất quen thuộc của khán giả kênh Disney.
